Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Relationship Yoga LLC for the use of TypeWeave. They are written to be read, not hidden. By using TypeWeave or buying a Membership, you agree to them.

TypeWeave is a tool for reflection — not for diagnosis. Everything here is educational and self-exploratory. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, it is not a diagnosis or a treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Nothing in a report — including the astrology and astrocartography features — is a factual claim about your health, your future, or where you should live or work.

If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or others, contact your local emergency services or a crisis line immediately. In the U.S. you can call or text 988.

1. Who may use TypeWeave

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or make a purchase. By using TypeWeave you confirm that you are.

2. Your account

An account is simply an email address — there is no password. You are responsible for keeping access to your inbox secure, since anyone who can receive your sign-in links can access your account. Tell us at cory@typeweave.me if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Membership, billing, and cancellation

Membership is a one-time purchase that unlocks the full reports and downloads and remains yours to keep.
Membership+ is a recurring monthly subscription that adds the Constellation Report and full comparison reports. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available, and applicable taxes may be added.
You can cancel Membership+ at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues through the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that.

Refunds

If TypeWeave isn't right for you, email cory@typeweave.me within 14 days of a Membership purchase and we will refund it. For Membership+, you may cancel anytime to prevent future charges; monthly subscription fees already billed are generally non-refundable, though we will always consider a fair resolution in good faith.

4. What you may and may not do

TypeWeave and its reports are for your own personal reflection. You agree not to:

resell, redistribute, or publish the report text as your own;
scrape, copy in bulk, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying report engine, which is confidential and never leaves our server;
use TypeWeave results to make decisions about hiring, employment, lending, housing, insurance, or any other opportunity affecting another person — these are maps for self-understanding, not screening instruments;
use the service unlawfully or to disrupt or attack it.

5. The systems TypeWeave draws on

TypeWeave describes several established typologies and models that it did not invent. All descriptions and reports are TypeWeave's own original writing; the underlying systems belong to their respective originators, and TypeWeave is independent of and not endorsed by any of them. 6. Intellectual property

All report text, code, designs, and the "TypeWeave" name are owned by Relationship Yoga LLC and protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a Membership grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and download your own reports — it does not transfer ownership. Your assessment results and the data you enter remain yours.

7. Availability

We work to keep TypeWeave running well but do not guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features over time. Because your core data lives in your own browser, the Portrait page lets you keep a backup at any time — we recommend you do.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

TypeWeave is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the insights, estimates, or descriptions are accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular decision.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relationship Yoga LLC and its owners and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of — or inability to use — TypeWeave. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relationship Yoga LLC from claims arising out of your misuse of TypeWeave or your violation of these terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Relationship Yoga LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. When we do, we will update the date above, and continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
